A variety of sessions are available from Calm Skies within the Hampshire area. These range from Yoga Adventures for 3-12 year olds with mindfulness activities throughout and a mindfulness based school curriculum (namely .b and Paws b) that we deliver to 7-16 year olds.

Sessions can be run in a variety of formats to suit individual needs:

  • In-curriculum yoga lessons (3-12 year olds)
  • In-curriculum mindfulness lessons (6/12-week options for 7-16 year olds)
  • 1:1 yoga and/or mindfulness sessions
  • Small group yoga and/or mindfulness sessions
  • Before, during and after-school clubs
  • One-off events such as Well-being Weeks, assemblies, fayres, sponsored events, Healthy Choices Days, P.E. Days etc.

Sessions can be planned and provided by Calm Skies or created to suit the specific needs of the individual/family/group/school allowing for relevant themes to be covered.
